Return Policy
All returns need to include all the original parts, accessories and instruction
manuals and must be in the original box. Items that have cut wires, dents,
scratches, show signs of installation or are missing the original product manuals
will not be accepted for return or exchange or credit. Please contact your sales
representative so that we may issue a RMA number and special return address
before the item is shipped back. Items are not returnable without a pre-authorized
RMA number and subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any items returned without a
pre-authorized RMA # will be denied credit.
There are no returns on special order and/or custom fixtures and/or devices made
to customers required specifications.
Credits and refunds on returned items will be issued within business 5 days from
receipt of the merchandise at our processing center once they have been
evaluated.
Damaged Shipments
Always inspect your shipment when it arrives. If anything is damaged please
contact us immediately. Damaged goods claims need to be reported within 7
business days from date of delivery. No replacements for damaged products will
be sent after 7 days.
